Located in the heart of Glassboro, Monarch Diner is a family owned diner that offers patrons Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Handcrafted Chef Specials, and Brunch on the weekends. They are open 7 days a week from 7:30 AM to 9PM Sunday Thru Thursday and 7:30 am thru 10pm Friday and Saturday.

Every Monday Monarch Diner donates 2 servings of chicken parmigiana and 2 servings of roast turkey. The chicken parmigiana is served with pasta and the roast turkey is served with a side of mashed potatoes and vegetables. Upon request for children, either chicken fingers or a burger served with french fries can be substituted instead.

Every Tuesday LaScala's Fire donates 2 servings of chicken parmesan, a ricotta board, and their four cheese mac and cheese.

Every Wednesday Ciconte's Glassboro donates a tray of chicken marsala, a tray of pasta in a white sauce, and a salad.

Italian Affair opened its doors to the Glassboro Community in July of 1988. Original Owner, Gino Fazzolari, debuted many traditional Italian dishes, with the addition of Calabrese Style cuisine.
